This 43-minute retrospective documentary provides an enjoyable and informative glimpse into the making of the low-budget slasher opus "Psycho Cop Returns." Director Adam Rifkin discusses how he came up with the pseudonym Riff Coogan with the specific intention of making certain grindhouse-type movies for both fun and practice. Robert R. Shafer talks about his acting process and the malevolent glee he brought to the character of Joe Vickers as well being signed to a five picture deal that alas didn't pan out.
